The MicroStats lab is actively working at being anti-racist and anti-bias group, to remove the oppression of oppressed people. We continually strive to support and promote equity, diversity and inclusion from under-represented groups in science.

In addition to the fantastic resources compiled at https://www.shutdowstem.com, here are some of the things we are currently reading, thinking, and talking about, as a Canadian evolutionary genetics and statistics lab.
